Shipping and Payment Information

Delivery

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow five (5) to seven (7) business working days for delivery of in-stock items. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 2 days.

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. All orders must be paid for in full (including shipping cost) prior to collection or despatch
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or if there should be any delay with the dispatch of your order you will be notified immediately. You will be given the opportunity to either place the item on backorder or cancel your order.

Personalises orders take approximately 7 to 14 day from date of purchase ….depending on availability of stock (for urgent orders please contact us by phone (02) 95602311 or email info@littledream.com.au

Please allow for weekends and public holidays and remember to add extra time during peak postage and holiday periods, such as the lead up to Christmas.

Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct as Little Dream accepts no responsibility once your order has been dispatched.

Collection in Store

You are welcome to shop on-line and collect in store or have a friend or relative collect your items. Please tell us in the “Message” section when you hope to be in-store and if a friend or relative is collecting on your behalf…… proof of purchase must be presented.

We serve the right to charge additional postage costs for large orders.
